At Peak to Peak we function as a professional family. Within our organization we have over 30 employees who are currently based here in Colorado including our sales team, project managers and construction experts. One of the main reasons our team is so cohesive is the care and experience our core management brings to the table and the resulting inspiration provided. Having been in Colorado since 1980.   Chuck has been in all facets of construction in this time period and has built thousands of custom homes throughout the Front Range.  Chuck prides himself on quality and punctuality.  When Chuck's not working, he loves spending time with family.  Loves hunting, fishing and hiking.

Liza Hedden

Adds value to your #1 asset by being the Accounts Manager

After 7 years of Colorado living, Liza is very happy to call it home. As an "Air Force brat", she has traveled extensively and is the only one of her siblings that was not born on an island. A graduate from the United States Air Force Academy, Liza has worked as an Active Duty and Reserve Intelligence Officer. When she is not managing accounts she can be found enjoying BBQ ribs and listening to Contemporary Christian Music. Liza brings a cool combination of efficiency and style to the team.

Brian C. Dyson 

Hardworking Co-Owner

With a Bachelors degree in Marketing and over 15 years of experience in finance, insurance and real estate, Brian sets the right tone for the professional way in which we conduct our business. He takes great pride in the quality of work and customer service provided by himself and his employees. He feels that restoring a homeowner’s property is an incredibly rewarding experience. But when he is not working hard to make Peak to Peak the best roofing and exteriors company it can be, you might find him enjoying surf and turf or dreaming of vacationing in Bora Bora.

Jerry "J.J." Hedden

Leading by Example as the Co-Owner/General Manager
JJ started roofing at the tender age of 12. It remained his love and work all through college. After a short stint with studying medicine, he decided that his long time love and area of expertise required his full attention. That’s when he started this business. Accidentally fluent in both Spanish and English, when JJ is not working at the heart of the company to make sure that it is developing to its Peak potential, you might find him eating chips with fresh guacamole, listening to Django Reinhardt or doing standing back flips. Seriously.
